Just got parallel IP approval for the Andmore project.

Wayne, what do I need to do to get the Github repo turned over to the 
foundation?  We would still like to keep the Wiki in place.  I know that 
the Issue tracking system will be turned off.

Once this is complete, we can look at getting builds going on the HIPP 
server, and at least get an p2 site setup for people to start kicking tires.
