[andmore-dev] Submitted the Last CQ today

Milestone reached.  The last of the dependencies that we need has been 
submitted to Eclipse for review.  There are about 33 to 36 dependencies 
in general.  I'll keep an eye on things, hopefully soon we get Parallel 
IP approval, and then can get the repo turned over to eclipse.  Once 
that happens we can setup the Builds on the HIPP server.
