Apologies to all on this list, but I was on PTO last week. (I thought I mentioned it? If not, oops.)

WTP 3.9.4 downloads page [0] shows that no one performed the rename-and-smoke-test magic [1] to get the latest 3.9.4 build copied over to the correct URL for an RC3 build. But we definitely have new builds because the CI job [2] fires all the time when they see new commits.

However, since the 3.9.x builds rely on git submodules, and no one was available to push the changes in the submodules to the releng repo, all the above builds contain none of the new changes in the child repos.

I'll pull the changes from the child repos into the R3_9 branch of wtp.releng today, but given it's Oxygen.3a quiet week and the GA is scheduled for Wednesday 10am EDT, I think we'll need some FAST EMO/PMC escalation if we want respins of EPP and simrel.

Can PMC contact the EMO and prepare them for this change, if it's urgent?
