I am seeing Jetty-related errors attempting to install this WTP I-build into Oxygen M4 platform.

This WTP I-build includes 9.3.9 Jetty bundles, while M4 platform includes 9.3.14 and the platform I-build from a few days ago that’s referenced on the WTP build page contains 9.4.0. I am not sure how this was not caught by the build or how others testing this I-build are not hitting this.
