the question was about I-3.7.0-20141120000138 build (http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.7.0-I/20141120000138/I-3.7.0-20141120000138/)

All is OK with today's 3.6.3 build. But there is no tests repository on the download page for 3.7.

It's gone in today's Current Build download page.
