JSF Tools project has just released fix for the PMC approved bug, [Bug 356373] [Regression] Drag and Drop source file gets deleted after drop in WPE.  

We will do the smoke test on a build that has this change. This fix should not affect smoke test results of other teams on an earlier build.

We had some build problems due to invalid Jonas server  dependencies for our junits.
The issue has been fixed (Thanks Carl!), builds kicked off, and notices will go out soon.
