Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.4 M-build towards WTP 3.2.4
Please document your Project's testing and approval of this build,
by Wednesday, 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) (at the latest),
or let us know if that's not possible.

There are some issues with the build that could lead to a rebuild ... but none (that I know of) that would invalidate any smoke testing.
A. A few remaining versioning errors:
Bundles with qualifier-only increases
org.eclipse.wst.server.discovery

Features with qualifier-only increases

B. a comparator error involving features (I'll retag
org.eclipse.jst.enterprise_ui.feature to force qualifier change).
C. I "messed up" the license consistency test. I'll see if I can quick fix, but even if not, there is no problems with licenses ... just got the wrong test in maintenance stream.
D. Other misc. unit test failures ... not sure if any issues there, or just some of our frequently occurring intermittent errors.
