[wtp-releng] Status build machine, builds, and compile errors

The build.eclipse.org machine seems "hung" (or
worse ... DoS attack?) (bug 335274
) but, in doing a local build with an updated platform, it seems there
are some compile errors. 

I tried the platform build from I20110118-0800 (which
isn't even all that recent .... but newer ones seemed to have some serious
problems). 

I've opened these bugs on the compile errors.

I will update to a more recent build, nearer M5, as soon
as one looks good and the build machine comes back on line. 

Since we may not get another build until Tuesday afternoon
... I wanted to give some early warning if it helps ... and let others
know what I know (as little as that is :)
