There will be a Dali test failure in this build (similar to the last
build's jpt test failure). This is not a critical failure, and does
not impact any existing functionality in Dali. It can be safely
ignored. We did release a fix for this problem earlier this morning
that won't impact any other WTP code, but is not essential for
declaration. If there are no other reasons for a respin, this build
can be ignored.
