JAX-WS Tools Testsuite DNF'd. Likely due to heavy server load. Logged https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=329491 to track. I've smoked tested the build and all fine for JAX-WS Tools. There are a number of unit test failures that need investigation/explanation, but for now we'll assume they are not reasons to delay the smoke testing. But, please fix them. Remember, this is our candidate to contribute to Indigo M3.
