I can’t reproduce the jsf.designtime tests failure on my system, but can say the failure is not indicative of an issue that will affect any smoke testing and won’t affect any other teams. I’ll continue to investigate.

Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2.3 M-build toward Helios SR2

Please document your Project's testing and approval of this build, by Thursday, 2 PM (Eastern Time),
or let us know if that's not possible.

There are a number of unit test failures that need investigation/explaination, but
for now we'll assume they are not reasons to delay the smoke testing.
