[wtp-releng] committers rc3 page broken temporarily

Just wanted to let you know I'm aware
that I broke our download page, 
for the temporary committers page, only,
not download page proper). 
The prereqs and downloadable zips are
not linked in as expected. 

I released more changes than I should
have (thought it'd have no effect), 
and will fix soon ... just wanted to
be sure everyone knew that I knew.
