There was still 
a
dependency violating the feature boundaries, which I think I've now fixed
(and released).  I've opened bug 313764 for the JUnit test that had
to be disabled to be moved into a new test plug-in after RC2.

Thanks Chris. The fix didn't (quite) work ... I've commented in bug, but
let me know when you (again) think its fixed, and I'll restart the build
(rather than wait for it to fail again, and then rebuild again).

Thanks Chris. 

Can you point to which bugzilla entry covered the change that led to this
error? I want to be sure we understand what led to such a large error this
late in the game.

My guess is some dependencies got mixed up? I don't think wst code should
depend on jst.jsp.ui?
