[wtp-releng] Two steps forward ... one step back?

The 3.1.2 build finished up well and
makes a good RC2 build. 

The 3.2.0 build not so well. I checked,
and the map files changed as expected (I think) but several more unit tests
failed. 
I know the server was busy, and some
of the failures look like "busy server" failures we've seen before
... but, hard for me to tell. 

So ... I'd like those with failing tests
to report to this wtp-releng list if you'd like to force a rebuild? Anything
to contribute to fix failures?  (that is, right away, so we could
finish M5 as soon as possible on Friday)? Or, if we should just declare
what we have and accept that some of our tests don't function well under
stress? 

If I don't hear anything soon, I may
just try a rebuild overnight as sort of a sanity check but my guess is
the build is good and we just have testing issues.
