Any other time, I'd insist on canceling the running build, and 
re-spinning. But, honestly, I think with the holiday weekend coming up, we 
would be better off to finish early today, even if it means documenting a 
limitation with this build. It doesn't sound like it is too big of a 
limitation? But, if I am misunderstanding, or if anyone knows of adopters 
that really need this fix today, just let me know and I'd be happy to 
respin.

We have released a fix for the JPT failures.  It appears that a 3.2-I 
build is already running (not sure why), but perhaps we could kill that 
build and start a new one?  Or, I am OK with declaring the below build if 
folks would rather not re-spin for this problem.
