Helen,

The one in JEM and the one (which shows as two) in j2ee should not hold up the 3.1 M2 declaration. We will be commenting out those tests for now.

This is our 3.1 M2 declaration week.  We still have 5 Junit failures on the latest 3.1 build.  Can you please take a look at these failures and release fixes so we can smoketest.  Thank you!
