I noticed this too, just last night,
and is due to some change in eclipse.org. Well, they changed something
that made our bug apparent  ... a PHP page  bug became "fatal"
instead of "warning".

I've fixed this build page (and others)
"by hand" and will release the permeant fix for the next build.


Speaking of next build, I'd like to
release this PHP page fix, and another releng fix for the "versionchecker"
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=247755)

... just so our final 3.0.2 build has
the right level of these fixes ... but these are strictly releng fixes
... won't change the code any, so no need to wait to do smoke tests! 

Not to mention ... this will give Kathy's
test a chance to "randomly succeed" :)  
so we can have a final build with zero
junit failures. 

But for the most part, you can ignore
this new "final build" ... that is, it'll have the same code
as the current one.
