Yes, you are right. It might be
some problem with the tool. 
I suggest that you best file a
bug and I will have a look. I am not familiar with the code, but I will
try to find what's going on.

That's what I thought too but I'm not sure that's the case because the
report contains an empty section for brodhun@xxxxxxxxxx.

Hi Lawrence, 
  
The tool downloads all adopter scans from CVS HEAD and runs over them.
I see in the logs that your scans are downloaded, too. I am not sure, but
suggest that the tool does not generate results for scans that has no breakages.
Having in mind the tiny size of your scans, I can really assume that there
are no breakages there.

I submitted an adopter usage scan [1] but I don't see any reference to
it in this report. Does this report include all of the adopter scans inwebtools.releng/releng.wtptools/api/adopter_usages
or does it include some subset of these scans?
