It has been pointed out to me that the only bug here is
me ... that I did not completely read Helen's smoke test note, where she
said ...
Note
There is a compile error in server core test bundle which does not affect
smoketest, a fix has already been released.

I've rolled back the DTP dependancy in releng, (which I guess will trigger
another build) but teams can continue testing, and just use the M6 version
of DTP

And honestly ... has no one else noticed the compile error in
org.eclipse.jst.server.core.tests
And, I am getting fatigued seeing so many "random errors" in
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.tests.bvt.AutomatedBVT
I'd like to remove that whole suite if they can not be fixed.

We have found a blocker in this build's DTP dependency - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=228675.
We should roll back to DTP M6 and continue testing with that. The
next DTP I-Build will have the fix in it.
