RE: [wtp-releng] Junit failures on latest M7 build, M7 Smoketest on hold

Folks,
The Java EE JUnit failures also appear to be random, and should not
hold up the smoke test.
Note however that we also just released a fix for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=227362 which should not
effect other teams (other than to remove the Facet Exceptions that appear
in the log).

The failing test in the pagedesigner area appears to be one of those
intermittent, random problems.
