[wtp-pmc] Proposal: rename "Eclipse IDE for Java EE developers" EPP pack

As Mickael Istria suggests [1], I think we shouldn't stick to Java EE or Jakarta EE. The JEE EPP bundle is also what's best for most Spring apps.

Chuck has nominally agreed, but wanted more input from the rest of the WTP committers.

I'll assume that unless someone casts a -1 in the bugzilla [1], that everyone on these mailing lists agrees this is a good idea, and we'll rename the package for the Simrel 2018-12 release. 

You have one week to decide. Make your time.
