[wtp-pmc] WTP 1.5 Memory Requirements

I hit Out of Memory errors in WTP 1.5
M6 while doing very small projects. Tiny ones actually. Let's discuss this
situation today.

1. do we have a memory leak?
2. are we bloated?
3. should be document our memory requirements?
4. how should we tell users to configure
wtp? (e.g. -vmargs -Xmx512m)
