[wtp-incubator-dev] Re: XQDT Maven/Tycho CI build running

All of the XQDT Plugins should be building now.  Include the Zorba, 
MarkLogic, and Sausilto features.   The repository site has these in the 
optional category as they aren't required for the core functionality.
