This automatically generated message signals that David Carver has
nominated Laknath as a Committer on the webtools.incubator project. The
reason given is as follows:

Buddhika Laknath is the author and principal developer of the XQuery
Development Tools proposal and project.   He worked on this project as a
summer of code project.  He is planning to continue the work as an WTP
Incubator project under the XQuery Development Tools project.

Buddhika has shown determination and the ability to meet project goals and
timelines.  I worked directly as a mentor to the soc project and saw the
committement level he has for the project first hand.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 13 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Laknath must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
