David, if you could post an announcement about this milestone release, 
and if you could add a couple of release candidate Targets for 0.5, I 
would appreciate it.

I've also posted the first draft of the Authoring with Eclipse article 
update, which leverages the XSL Tooling project for the transformations 
during the publication steps.   I have a few tweaks to do it yet.

I wrote the entire article using nothing but the tools we have with Web 
Standard Tools and XSL Tooling.
