So it is not surprising that the http get below returns a 404.

@Markus: Thanks for the heads-up and investigation.

Over the week-end I reactivated the git repository `virgo-build-tools` and was able to do a local build from `master`.

The resulting artefact (1.5.0.RELEASE built locally from  https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/161541/ ) is available at  https://build.eclipse.org/rt/virgo/zips/release/VB now.

@Violeta: With the 404 gone I was able to build a potential Virgo 3.7.3.RELEASE with Gemini Web 3.0.5.RELEASE and Apache Tomcat 8.5.53 locally with Gradle.
