Hi,
all new features are available since RC1. RC2 contain additoinal bugfix/improvement around @param/@throws support RC3 contain small PDT documentation change - info about php 7 support -- Dawid Pakuła +48 795 996 064
I am always in favor of
improvements in PDT. And the release materials look fine. The
timing could be better, though, as "minor releases" are supposed to
be "ready by RC1" (i.e. a couple of weeks ago).
So, can you be explicit if the new
features were "in the build" (the Sim. Release build) for RC1?
I do not think there is a problem
doing what you are requesting, but its more a matter of how it is
communicated and how widely.
Thanks,
