This is a valid remark,
The Linux components listed in these CQs have been used by Titan for years, throughout several versions: I don’t think it would make sense and would be
practical to apply for all possible versions, so I have listed the latest as presenting a version was a requirement.
I’m not really sure what would be the alternative. Please advise.

This sounds ok, on Linux only, for reasons similar to libxml2.
[Overall general question, though, .... these "works with" common Linux components are written as though for an exact version. Eventually you'll want to clarify if that's "the most recent version"
and/or what happens if/when there is another version available ... not that you can predict the future, but it's hardly be in the spirit of "works with" if your code prevented and upgrade from occurring].
