Hi Giuseppe,
You can look up the existing certifications and corresponding version number by searching for “Microsoft” on the TÜV website (note that these are in the process of being transitioned to the Eclipse Foundation):
https://sgs-tuev-saar.com/en/trainings-certifications/certifications/certificate-database/products-processes
In a nutshell, the current safety certification status per Eclipse ThreadX component is this:

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Re: [threadx-dev] threadx for functional safety applications
I'm Giuseppe Assalve and I work for an italian company operating in the area of electronics design and production.
We're developing new ECUs industrial applications and we have to reach a safety level SIL3 (IEC 61508) / PLD (ISO ISO 13849).
At the moment we're using a commercial OS but, when we discovered ThreadX, we decided to try it.
The problem is that I'm not able to find specific documentation about safety relevant functionalities of the OS nor the TUV certificate.
Is it possible to have some material about these points? Is there a link to download the TUV certificate?
