A committer election for Roland Grunberg on project Eclipse LSP4MP - Language
Server for MicroProfile (technology.lsp4mp) was started by Angelo ZERR with
this criteria:

Roland recently started contributing to the Eclipse LSP4MP - Language Server
for MicroProfile team and has already made an impact on the project.

They have addressed the following bugs
  - https://github.com/eclipse/lsp4mp/commits?author=rgrunber (list of
commits)

LSPMP is based on JDT-LS and Roland have a great experience with JDT and
JDT-LS.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Roland as a committer on Eclipse LSP4MP -
Language Server for MicroProfile.
