Re: [technology-pmc] New project proposal: Eclipse PASS

To be honest, this sounds a lot like a Science proposal, why was it proposed under Technology and not Science?

 

The proposal is full of „Center for Open Science.“ so it seems weird they did not propose it to the Science TLP or is „Technology“ still the initial sink before a project may Transfer to Science???
