A committer election for Gunnar Wagenknecht on project Eclipse Technology
(technology) was started by Wayne Beaton with this criteria:

Gunnar is the PMC Lead and longstanding member of the Technology Top Level
Project. Note that committer status on Technology effectively grants access
only to the /technology website repository.

Eclipse Technology project committers can click the election link below to
