Hello Johannes and Eric:
Its probably not a good idea to change the PMC Approved flag to + if you aren't
a member of the Technology PMC:-) I'll revert it back for you. I realize you
are simply trying to get PMC attention in order to move the CQ along....
While you wait for PMC to engage, please see the Eclipse LGPL API Policy[1].
You'll note a super majority of the board is required. Following your review
of the policy if you proceed with requesting board approval, you'll need to
provide an attachment to this CQ of a short slide deck (3 slides max),
explaining the advantages of Soot in order to convince the Board to approve the
request.
When the slide deck is attached, we will arrange to put the item on the next
available agenda for the Board.
