project Eclipse MicroProfile (technology.microprofile).

Criteria:

Pavol has been an active contributor to the MP-OpenTracing spec (
https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-opentracing/graphs/contributors ).
He is a contributor to OpenTracing proper and also the proposed new spec lead
for MP-OpenTracing.
