Hi,

I would like to nominate Thomas as committer for sw360. After some period
of coaching by Alex and me since about 6 months now, Thomas has contributed
the main work for many pull requests already. To my view, he showed good
judgement on coding and design and how features need to work.

He plans to work full time on the sw360 project and therefore it makes
sense to me to nominate him as a committer for sw360.
