forum (either users mailing list or a dedicated forum in the Eclipse
forums or commitment to answer Collections-related questions on an
existing forum); contribution guide, and links to builds
(evidence that you're successfully using Eclipse's common build
infrastructure (CBI) or however you're producing builds.
If any of the checklist items don't apply, you can just describe that
here.
