AFAICT, only Igor, Jason, and Tobias have voted. We can assume Jan
as well. We need to give Marvin sufficient time to weigh in.
Alternatively, it seems that Marvin hasn't made a single commit in
more than two years of being a committer. Maybe he needs to be
pruned from the committer list...
