You do not need a CQ in this case assuming other conditions are met. You just need to tag it for the IP log. He is a Red Hat employee and both contributions are over 250 lines. I just wanted to clarify if opening these CQs was actually necessary since he falls under our company (Red Hat) Contribution agreement. If they are not necessary, I will withdraw them and check in the code, otherwise, I'll continue with the current process.
