As announced by my mail "giving EPP package maintainers committer status on
EPP" on the EPP developer mailing list [1] and the previous discussions
with the Technology PMC [2], I would like to nominate Xiaoying as a new
committer on the EPP project who will help maintaining the Reporting
package in the future.
Xiaoying was the initial package maintainer of the Reporting package (see
the EPP developer mailing list [3]) and helps updating and testing the
package [4] since many years (for one example see Bugzilla [5]), he is
active committer on the BIRT project and a very active and well known
member of the Eclipse community.
