As announced by my mail "giving EPP package maintainers committer status on
EPP" on the EPP developer mailing list [1] and the previous discussions
with the Technology PMC [2], I would like to nominate David as a new
committer on the EPP project who will help maintaining both, the JavaScript
and the JEE packages in the future.
David is the initial package maintainer of the JEE and the JavaScript
packages (see the EPP developer mailing list [3]) and helps updating and
testing the packages [4] since many years (for one example see Bugzilla
[5]), he tries to improve the EPP process, he is project lead of the
webtools project and a very active and well known member of the Eclipse
community.
