Ah. Sorry, I just saw this.

Andreas was listed on the original NPPR (and project proposal) as one of the initial committers. The election timed out before he could complete his paperwork. Being listed as an initial committer on the project proposal is justification enough.

I know Andreas was involved in the project from the beginning. Although
there are no significant contributions (read, patches) referenced in the
nomination I propose that we approve the voting.
