FYI, the use of a brand-new license may require the approval of the Board.

Could someone from the EMO please look at CQ 4305 regarding approval of
the GFDL license? This affects the libhover plug-in support of glibc
documentation and SR1 is approaching fast.
If this is done it time, there may also be a chance to change the
libstdc++ documentation license. The libstdc++ folks have been made
aware of our use of their documentation by libhover and are willing to
change their documentation license to make it accessible under the GFDL
as well, but they don't want to go throw the work until the GFDL is
approved by Eclipse.
