Re: [technology-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote for Simon Archer

I approved Simon and Paul via the portal, but got email bounces from
the technology-pmc-owner address that said I am not subscribed. Is
there something misconfigured with how the portal sends out the
approval messages?
