Hi EMO.

I would like to move IDE4EDU component from the SOC project into its own 
independent project. I believe that this requires a creation review. Can 
you please schedule a creation review for the IDE4EDU project?

The Eclipse IDE for Education (IDE4EDU) is a version of Eclipse 
streamlined specifically for use by university and college students. The 
environment provides support for programming languages that are commonly 
used in university courses, including Java, Scheme, and Prolog (though 
only Java is supported for the time being). IDE4EDU is currently a 
component under the SOC project that we intend to turn into an 
independent project under the Technology Project.
