[technology-pmc] Creation Review for the IAM proposal

Dear Technology PMC members

We would like to kindly request the approval to schedule of the
creation review for the Eclipse Integration for Apache Maven (Eclipse
IAM) proposal, with the goal of bringing first class support in the
Eclipse IDE for Apache Maven users.

The proposal is posted at http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/iam/ and

We are glad to have as mentors Ed Merks (EMF), Thomas Watson
(Equinox), and Brett Porter (Apache Maven).

The initial code contribution comes from the Q4E project
(http://code.google.com/p/q4e/) that is being actively developed.
