New Committer is approved.

But I was unable to tell from the email below where this contributions were coming from (the reason I care is that we need to verify that the license and IP trail is clean). What's the story on these code contributions? Obviously they have been written by non-committers and are being donated under the EPL, but who owns them and does the contributor have the right to contribute under the EPL?  (The answer is almost surely "yes", but we have to do our due diligence.)

Jeremy Dowdall's (existing Nebula committer) new date widget contribution
Eric Wuillai as a new committer with an alternate date widget contribution.  

Once you approve I'll continue with the committer and contribution forms.
