Hello Khaled,
This is a feature of the "TCF" agent. This is a limitation that has also
hit us (exactly the same use case as yours) and we are about to make a
proposal to optionally remove this limitation.

My actual problem is that I connect to a hardware debugger over TCF
where breakpoints could already be set e.g. by an initialization script.
In this case I cannot change these breakpoints.
