Re: [sumo-user] Unsubscription
|
Hi,
I actually have a problem with unsubscription, too. I registered a new eclipse account with the address at my new working place (jakob.kaths@xxxxxxxx), which worked fine. But unregistering my old address (jakob.kaths@xxxxxx) didn't work. I tried first via my eclipse-account and then with the method proposed here by Michael. However, I'm still receiving mails on my old address and unsubscribing isn't possible (the request is prompted with a message stating I'm not subscribed...)
Could you remove jakob.kaths@xxxxxx manually?
Thanks
Jakob

Hi,
the easiest way to unsubscribe is probably to send an email to sumo-user-leave@xxxxxxxxxxx where the sending address should match the address used for subscribing (subject and body can be empty).
Best regards,
Michael
