[statet-users] Toggle marked occurrence icon missing

I recently tried to customize the configuration of one of my
perspectives and when I go to expand the "Editor Creation" under the
"Tool Visibility" tab I get a lot of messages:
An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
Unable to create resource URLImageDescriptor(
platform:/plugin/de.walware.ecommons.ltk.ui/icons/tool_16/mark-
occurrences.png)
There are 33 references to this png in the workspace file
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.e4.workbench/workbench.xmi
I am unable to find any file named mark-occurrences.png in either the
workspaces or eclipse installation directories.
I am using
Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers
Version: 2019-09 R (4.13.0)
Build id: 20190917-1200
Eclipse StatET StatET R (Incubation) 4.0.2.201910101100-r org.ecl
ipse.statet.r
I don't have this problem with the installation for Eclipse 2019-06
but then that StatET version is
WalWare.de StatET for R 3.6.1.b201703271500E46sw de.walw
are.statet.r
