Dear SDV community,

Just want to send a short reminder. If you would like to present you project at the first

SDV Contribution Day on Thursday, June 30th 2022

your project proposals at the Eclipse Foundation have to enter the public review phase before

DEADLINE: Monday, June 6th 2022(so in two week from now)

Details on the process on how to start the project proposal can be found in the attached slide-deck (especially slide 20-26) or online at https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#starting
The form to directly start a project proposal can be found here (needs an Eclipse Foundation account) https://projects.eclipse.org/create/project-proposal

P.S. public reviews for first SDV-related project proposals have already been started.
P.P.S you can provide your project proposal at any time. There is no such thing as a limited time window during which the Eclipse Foundation would accept new project proposals only. However we think the Contribution Day (with the above mentioned deadline) is a great opportunity to present your project to the greater SDV community and raise awareness, interest and support for it.
